Nothing. Solis has no servers, accounts, analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data, including with third-party AI systems.
With your permission via iOS prompts, Solis uses your camera (for the AR overlay; never recorded or transmitted) and your location while in use (to calculate the sun's path). Your preferences and recent searches are stored only on your device. Lawful basis under GDPR: performance of the service you requested (Art 6(1)(b)) and your iOS-level consent (Art 6(1)(a)).
All data remains on your device for the lifetime of the installation and is deleted when you uninstall Solis.
Map tiles, reverse-geocoding, ARKit, and Core Location queries are handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy terms. No personal data leaves your device through Solis.
EU/EEA and UK users have the rights of information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and freedom from solely automated decisions. Because Solis stores nothing off-device, you can exercise erasure, restriction, and portability simply by deleting the app. For other requests, contact hello@trysolis.app.
You may complain to Sweden's IMY, your local EU/EEA data protection authority, or the UK's ICO.
Solis is suitable for all ages and collects no data from any user, including minors.
